Lance Nield, owner and lead designer at Tailored Living, teamed up with Laura Carnegie, the project lead, to build a brand that helps families get organized. Penticton’s Faces of Organization love meeting with people one-on-one to see their designs, meet their family and develop a way to redesign their space to better suit their lifestyle.

For Lance Nield, he always knew there was a way he could help people live their best life.

“I wanted to help others achieve that work hard, play hard mentality.”

That desire began to take shape in December of 2017 when Lance sought out a local company that would allow him to give back to the community, improve the quality of life for others in the Okanagan and provide him with the ability to watch his family and friends grow up and prosper in beautiful B.C.

This well-crafted idea formed to become Tailored Living Okanagan, a unique and clutter-free way for one family to serve others with gorgeous designs and practical spaces to organize their lives.

“You know, for me, I’ve always loved assembling and building things with my hands,” said Lance. “So when this business presented itself, I took it as a sign to accept the offer and opportunity I was looking for.”

With the help of Laura, Lance was able to formulate Tailored Living to help families of all sizes function in a well-organized environment from Kelowna all the way to the South Okanagan in Osoyoos.

While Tailored Living is a franchise, they proudly became a part of the local Penticton community, and they wanted to add their own unique way of doing business to this already strong and recognizable brand.

Doing things their own way has earned Penticton’s Faces of Organization high praise for their ability to create a client’s vision within an existing space.

“The nature of this business helps when you know the first-hand struggles of day-day-family life.”

Families have a lot of clutter, but that’s what Tailored Living is here to help with.

Anything from quality design and custom designs for garage cabinets, closets, mudrooms, pantries, storage spaces, Murphy beds, to home and commercial office spaces.

They work with you to help your space suit your growing Okanagan lifestyle.

“All that we want in life, honestly, is for Tailored Living to be known as a brand that supports getting families organized on the inside,” concluded Lance. “We help people save space by customizing homes and personal spaces, so in return, they can focus on spending more time together and getting out and exploring our beautiful Okanagan Valley.”
